Thank you: Express gratitude for the opportunity to heal and improve the situation.
I love you: Offer love and compassion to yourself and others involved.
3. Practice Regularly:
Identify the Issue: Focus on a specific problem or person you want to address.
Repeat the Phrases: In your mind or aloud, repeat the four key phrases, either in response to a specific thought or as a general practice.
Visualize Healing: Imagine the situation or relationship healing as you repeat the phrases.
4. Apply in Various Contexts:
Personal Healing: Use it to clear negative feelings and heal yourself emotionally.
Relationships: Apply it to improve and heal relationships with others.
Situations: Use it to address and resolve challenging situations in your life.
5. Embrace the Process:
Be Patient: Healing and changes may take time. Trust the process and stay committed to practicing Ho'oponopono regularly.
Stay Open: Be open to receiving and acknowledging shifts in your thoughts and emotions as you practice.
Example Practice:
Focus: Think and connect with a specific issue or person.
Repeat: Internally or aloud, say:
